When Can I Claim Compensation For A Delayed Flight?

You could be eligible to claim up to £520 per passenger in compensation if your flight arrives three or more hours late, provided the delay was the airline’s fault and not caused by an extraordinary circumstance.

You may be eligible for compensation if your flight was delayed by three hours or more and the cause was within the airline’s control.
